As a seasoned healthcare administrator, I joined the Board of Atlantic AllCare Inc. with a vision to transform home-based care. My experience in acute hospital settings revealed a crucial insight: many health challenges, particularly for the elderly, could be more effectively addressed in the comfort of one’s home.
At Atlantic AllCare Inc., we embrace the philosophy that person-centric care begins at home. Our mission focuses on the delivery trust-based, quality, and compassionate care tailored to each client’s unique needs and environment. This approach allows us to make a profound impact on families, one client at a time, in a way that surpasses what’s possible within large healthcare systems.
My key priorities are to establish a robust framework that empowers our team of highly engaged, caring, and compassionate professionals. This structure enables us to provide customized care that also enhances overall well-being and quality of life for our clients in the familiar and comforting space of one’s own home. We strive to give families peace of mind, knowing their loved ones are matched with ideal care professionals who understand their unique needs and preferences.
Deborah (Debi) Fasano, RN
A seasoned healthcare professional with over 30 years of nursing experience. Originally from New York, Debi was raised in South Florida. Debi has dedicated her career to advancing the quality of care for our seniors in various healthcare settings. She has served as the Director of Nursing in multiple organizations, showcasing her leadership and commitment to excellence. Debi has been with Atlantic AllCare for over 20 years. Currently, Deborah leads the clinical care team. Debi is renowned for her dedication to delivering quality care, her compassionate heart, and her exceptional bedside manner. Her extensive experience and empathetic approach make her a trusted figure in nursing and senior care.
Katherine (Kat) Glancy
An integral part of Atlantic AllCare for over a decade, bringing a wealth of expertise in home health care. Her deep understanding of navigating insurance challenges and interpreting benefits has been invaluable to our clients. Known for her compassion, patience, and tenacity in problem-solving, Kat ensures that the needs of our team members, clients, and their families are met with care and precision. She plays a crucial role in selecting our caregivers and leads the onboarding process, ensuring that our team is equipped to provide the highest quality of care. Passionate about advocating for seniors, Kat is dedicated to supporting their needs and enhancing their quality of life.
Advisory Members
Kathleen K. Kee, RN
Retired former Director of Nursing and retired founder of Atlantic AllCare, she began her nursing career in NC at Charlotte Memorial Hospital, eventually becoming the Head Nurse on the trauma floor. After relocating to Florida, she transitioned to work as a worker’s compensation case manager and starting Atlantic Rehabilitation Associates, which was to eventually become Atlantic AllCare, Inc. It’s her strong experience in both nursing care, and working with insurance companies that made her uniquely qualified for the home care industry.
Charles (Chuck) Farthing
A native Floridian, and retired Administrator of Atlantic AllCare. Chuck attended the Florida Atlantic University College of Business, Healthcare Administration (1995-1997), Palm Beach Community College (1993-1995) and Lynn University School of Psychology (1990-1993). In 2009, Chuck was appointed by the Boca Raton City Council to The Elder Affairs Advisory Board and voted Vice Chair of The Elder Affairs Advisory Board in 2010. In his spare time, Chuck enjoys playing his many guitars and fishing in the Florida Keys.
