Kathleen Kay Kee

President and Director, RN, CDMS, CCM, ABDA

Kathleen began her nursing career in Charlotte, NC at Charlotte Memorial hospital, eventually becoming the Head Nurse on the trauma floor. After relocating to Florida, she transitioned to work as a worker’s compensation case manager and starting Atlantic Rehabilitation Associates, which was to eventually become Atlantic AllCare, Inc. IKathleen began her nursing career in Charlotte, NC at Charlotte Memorial hospital, eventually becoming the Head Nurse on the trauma floor. Chuck Farthing

Vice President and Administrator

Chuck Farthing has been the Administrator/Vice president of Atlantic AllCare since 2007. Prior to this Chuck held Atlantic AllCare‘s Assistant Administrator position from 1995-1997. Chuck’s responsibilities include maintaining the operation of the Agency, directing and coordinating overall development and administration of home health services while keeping consistent with Agency objectives.

Chuck attended the Florida Atlantic University College of Business, Healthcare Administration (1995-1997), Palm Beach Community College (1993-1995) and Lynn University School of Psychology (1990-1993). In 2009 Chuck was appointed by the Boca Raton City Council to The Elder Affairs Advisory Board and voted Voted Vice Chair of The Elder Affairs Advisory Board in 2010.
